Just the Tip Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. During product launches or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only. If you’re outside the UK and want to get your hands on Just the Tip, join our mailing list — we’ll let you know when international shipping becomes available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

Contact the courier directly using the tracking number.

Address Errors & Missed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We can’t replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we can resend it — but you’ll need to cover the postage cost.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll sort it quickly — either by resending or refunding where appropriate.
